Curry Vegetables with sting ray

Made this curry vegetables with sting ray quite few months back but forgot to post the photos here.

Very easy to cook this dish, just follow the instructions on the back of the curry sauce behind the packet. Optional can add fish into the curry vegetables but I added sting ray.

This tasted so good.

Mapo Tofu with ground meat

Tasted so good, this time round I added grounded meat to the tofu.
