Agar Agar with Chendol Strips

I made some agar agar for christmas party.

Bought this box of chendol strips from the NTUC supermarket.

This is how the chendol strips looked like. I blanched them in hot water and set aside.

Boil 12 gm agar agar powder(1 packet - white colour), 850ml of water, 200 gm caster sugar, 200 ml coconut cream(1 box), pinch of salt, 3 pandan leaves tied into a knot, 1 box of green chendol strips.

When boiled pour into moulds and add some chendol strips. Let it set and refrigerate.

This heart shaped mould is lovely, useful for valentine dessert.

Normally I dont use chicken breasts only, I use the chicken meat with bones but as I had too many frozen chicken breasts in my freezer, I decided to get rid of them by cooking curry chicken with the frozen chicken breasts. (Looked very clumsy with one hand cooking and one hand holding the camera....lol). Seriously looking for a good and light tripod stand.

Curry Chicken - Video 1

This was cooked last month during the raining season and I had so many chicken breasts in the freezer, so I used them to cook curry chicken. Normally I used the whole chicken to cook curry chicken but sometimes I just used any frozen chicken parts that had been lying in the freezer for too long...lol. I looked so clumsy because I cooked with one hand and video with another.
