Curry Chicken with Ikan Brand Curry Paste
I used a different brand of curry paste to cook my curry chicken.
My hubby and sons thought they are more spicy while I think it is salty but the gravy is very good thick enough for us. If I every use this brand again, gotta add some sugar to it.

Broccoli with tofu in oyster sauce
This dish was created by whatever I found in my fridge...lol
I parboil the brocolli florets and the stems (sliced) but dont over cooked them (not nice if they are too soft). Set them aside.
Pan fried the tofu (cut into cubes or in bigger pieces) and side aside.
I boiled a sauce out of oyster sauce, water and cornflour solution (for thickening purposes) and then I throw the tofu and broccoli and mixed them together and serve hot.

Chicken parts with cabbage (pak choy)
Marinated chicken with some dark soya sauce, sesame oil. Pan fried the chicken parts for a while with some ginger slices (not fully cooked). Then transfer to casserole lined with chinese cabbage (pak choy) not the rounded cabbage, is the long type. Add some water partially covering the chicken parts, add some salt. Boiled the chicken and water and when boiled lower the flame and let it simmer till the chicken softens. Yummy with rice.

BBQ chicken wing
You can use any BBQ sauce or do your own seasoning for BBQ chicken wings.
I marinate them with dark soya sauce, light sesame oil, sugar and oyster sauce for few hours. I baked them in oven for about 20 minutes (turn them over after 10 mins for even baking)
And change it to grill for another 10 minutes.
Tasted so good.
