Baked Pork Chops

I baked these pork chops but is not so cripsy as those deep fried in oil. Healthier because no oil used but it is tougher. Marinate with light soya sauce and sesame oil and ketchup and sugar to taste. Bake at 180 deg celsius for almost 1 hour and keep turning them every 15 to20 minutes for even baking. Towards the end I raise the temperature to 200 deg so they can be baked faster.
