
Chicken fillets or strips
2 tablespoon light soya sauce
1 tablespoon chinese wine
2 tablespoon cornflour
3 tablespoon sesame seeds
some lemon juiceMarinate chicken strips in the light soya sauce, wine and cornflour for at least 30 minutes.
Add the sesame seeds.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with dipping sauce like sweet and sour sauce or chilli sauce.
