BBQ Chicken Wings

When grilling, switch button to grill and it auto. dont let the oven door shut tight otherwise the door would shattered. But when baking, it auto. allowed the door to be shut tightly.

Marinated at least half a day chicken wings with same amount of dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, honey and sugar or to taste.

Grilled for 20 minutes but turned them every ten minutes for even BBQ and blasted with the remaining marinating sauce.

After that switch to baking and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes and turned them every 10 minutes or so for nice colour.
I am not satisfied with the result, will do again. :) Hubby and son said nice.

Curry Chicken

First time I tried using this brand. Just follow instructions but I added some spices and ingredients too.

Hubby and sons prefer more watery so they can dip bread into it. I prefer them slightly thicker.

Deep fried tau kwa with curry powder

This is yummy. My sons like it too but hubby dont take tofu because of his gout.
Cut tau kwa into cubes and mixes with curry powder. Dust tau kwa with corn flour. Deep fry them till golden brown. Serve hot.

Biscuits for fun

This is for fun. Pour some melted butter onto the cream cracker onto a tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle some chocolate or colourful rice chips onto them and bake for 5 to 10 mins.

You can also spread/pressed the chips when they are baked cause the hotness melt the chips but it looked so ugly right. So best leave the rice chips as it is ...lol

Toast with minced shrimp and seasame seeds

This is very nice. Put some minced prawns (marinated with light soya sauce, sesame oil and corn flour) on bread and coat with sesame seeds. Deep fry with prawns pasted facing down. It is very crispy.

Some of the bread is a bit burnt but they are crispy. I had two types with sesame seeds and without, both tasted good, hubby and sons like it.

Sweet & Sour Pork

Buy about $3 pork (tell the butcher it is for sweet and sour pork) and cut into cubes. Marinate with some light soya sauce and sesame oil

I looked clumsy in here , one hand holding camera and one hand coating the pork cubes with corn flour and dip in beaten egg and coat in flour again.

Deep fried them till golden brown and set aside.

In a bowl, add some 4 or 5 tbs ketchup, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp wine, 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste) and 3/4 bowl water and mix well. Fry some carrots , add pork chops and mixture of ketchup and stir fry together and add pineapple cubes and serve hot.
