Simple Fried Maggie Mee with oyster sauce

This is so simple, just blanched the maggie mee in hot water almost cooked but not soggy, set aside.

Fried some garlic and ingredients (for the above photo - I did not add any ingredients), then throw the maggie mee in and oyster sauce and mix well and add a beaten egg in the centre of the well of the maggie mee and mix well.

Fried Chicken Wings with XO flour

Bought this XO Flour from demostration stall at CK Tang. XO sounds so impressive.

But the chicken wings fried with the flour dont tasted so good. The chicken flour that I bought from the wet market, tasted so much better.
