Fried Toast with shrimp and ham


Minced some garlic, shrimp and chopped ham. Mix them together with some light soya sauce and sesame oil.

Spread them on bread (cut into triangle).
Deep fried till golden brown.
Note: You need to keep turning the bread cause the bread burnt very fast.

Spinach with Kei Zi (Wolfberries)




Yummy.....

Very simple, just cooked with garlic(chopped), wolfberry(soaked), spinach with some light soya sauce to taste. Add very little water to it.

Sambal StingRay


This is so simple. Just get your favourite bottle of sambal and spread onto the stingray.

Baked for about 20 to 25 mintues or till cooked at 190 degrees celsius.
Yummy.
