Sting Ray with tomato and ketchup

This is same as the cauliflower with tomatoes and ketchup.

Only this time I used sting ray.

I steam some sting ray with ginger slices. When steamed, drained the water collected in the dish and discard the ginger.
Set the sting ray onto a plate.
Next cook the sauce.
Fry some slices of onion, tomatoes, ketchup, water and pinch of salt.
When boiled, add 1 egg white. Mix them.
Pour sauce over sting ray...yummy...goes well with rice.

Stir fry vegetables

I like to eat vegetables without other ingredients.

Just blanched some vegetables and set aside.

Boiled some oyster sauce and water and mix together with the vegetables.

Cauliflower with tomatoes and ketchup

Ingredients

250 gm to 300 gm of cauliflower
one tomato - cubed
one onion - sliced
pinch of salt
one beaten egg
4 to 6 tbsp of ketchup
80 to 100 ml of water (depending on dilute or thick you want for the sauce)

Method

1. I blanched the cauliflower till the texture that I wanted. (you can either deep fry them or steam them). Set them aside
2. Fry sliced onion till fragrant, add tomatoes , ketchup and water.
3. Boil them and add pinch of salt
4. When boiled add beaten egg and stir fry for a while and pour sauce over the cauliflower.

I think I prefer to add egg white than the whole beaten egg.
