Sweet and Sour Chicken Popcorn


Got this frozen chicken popcorn from NTUC Supermarket.

Deep fried them till golden brown and set aside to drain the oil. Best use clean oil and not recycled oil.


Cut some tomatoes and onions.





Green Peas (I used can peas but best used frozen peas)







Stir fry the onions, tomatoes and peas and add ketchup, water, sugar, cornflour solution and lastly add in the already fried popcorn chickens. (Measurements are agak agak)


If not eating straight away, best separate the ketchup sauce from the popcorn chicken otherwise the chicken will be soggy.


No need to add salt cause the frozen chicken already a bit salty.
