Meat from chicken drumstick with potato

Simple dish, meat from chicken thigh and potato cooked with oyster sauce.

Nonya Fish

I bought this packet of nonya sauce from the market.

I fried the fish (optional way is to steam the fish), set the fish aside, cook the packet of sauce and add some water to it. More water if you want it to be dilute. It tasted good just like the nonya sauce that I bought from Malacca.
