Ingredients
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Chinese Mushroom
Button Mushroom
1 tsp minced garlic
Seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp shaoxing wine
Thickening
cornflour and water
Method
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
2. Parboil in hotwater till cooked. Dish and set aside.
3. Saute minced garlic till fragrant.
4. Add seasoning and mushrooms, bring to boil.
5. Pour in thickening and pour over vegetables.
