Ingredients
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp fermented beans (taucu), coarsely chopped
2 tbsp oil

Garnishing
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp chopped spring onion

Method
Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger, garlic and fermented beans until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to a boil.
Remove and pour over fish.
Steam the fish for 10–15 minutes.
Remove and add garnishing.
