This is one of my favourite dish, sambal kangkong. You can pound your own sambal belachan or just get from the supermarket those ready made sambal belachan. It taste just as good.
Ingredients
1 bunch of kangkong
1 tbsp of sambal belachan (more if you like it spicy)
50 gm dried shrimps (crushed)
water
Method
1. Heat oil in work in medium heat.
2. Add dried shrimps and fry till fragrant.
3. Add sambal belachan and fry briefly.
4. Add kangkong and some water and fry till cook.
5. Don't over cook the kangkong.
Note: You can add prawns too.
