It has been raining heavily the past few days so I decided to cook curry chicken. My two sons' favourite. I cant cook as well as my mom but it is good enough. Mom would prefer to pound and grind her own curry paste. My mom-in-law say my curry chicken is not bad. Now even my eldest sister also cook this way. My husband and sons love it so I think I pass on my curry chicken. I give myself 6 out of 10 marks (ha ha ha).
